Where can I get cute, dog & cat themed shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, and mug rugs?

Glad you asked! Go to my sister Katie's shop, tuckeredbrand.com to get high-quality cat and dog themed apparel, embroidery, tote bags, mug rugs, and more. Tuckered also offers a variety of nature and holiday inspired shirts and other products. All apparel is hand-made by my sister, so you know you'll get the best quality items.  

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Brush of Magic is not responsible for customs/other fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Can I track my order?

If tracking is available for your order, the information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please check your junk and spam folder if you don't see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox.

 

Why don't you ship to my country?

I currently offer shipping domestically to the United States. As my business grows, I plan to expand shipping to other countries. Since there are so many postage rules and regulations that vary by country, this can make it more difficult for small businesses to ship worldwide.

 

I accidentally provided the wrong address or an incomplete address. What should I do?

Brush of Magic is not responsible for and will not replace or refund an order where the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information. It is the buyer's responsibility to double check their address during checkout. Please ensure all information is correct and up–to–date before placing an order.

You are welcome to email me the correct address at torrimccarrey@torrimccarrey.com and IF I see your email before your package has shipped, I can try and change this for you. I'm a small business, and cannot afford to replace/refund orders under this circumstance due to the risk of too many scams.

 

Can I return or exchange my item?

Brush of Magic does not offer returns, or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless you email me within 24 hours of purchase to cancel an order.

 

Can I combine orders?

You are welcome to email me and ask if I can combine your orders. However, if I have already shipped one of your orders, I will not be able to combine any other orders, or refund shipping.

 

An item I want is sold out. Is there any way to pre-order it for next time?

If an item is sold out, please email me at torrimccarrey@torrimccarrey.com and I will consider restocking it if there is enough interest. You can also sign–up for my newsletter for my most recent product updates.

 

I placed my order before I noticed you were running a sale. Can you apply the sale to my existing order?

Coupon codes cannot be applied to orders already placed. If you want to be the first to find out about future sales, please sign–up for my newsletter.

 

How long are the processing and shipping times? 

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed.

PRE-ORDERS: PLEASE READ SPECIFIC DETAILS ABOUT PROCESSING TIMES AND CLOSING DATES UNDER THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ON THE PRODUCT PAGE. I will begin to process pre-orders on the specified date and begin shipping out orders ASAP after preorders close. If you place an order with items in stock, I will wait to ship out your entire order with the pre-order item(s). 

Any shipping estimate showing at checkout does not include processing times. 

Example: Shipping speed says 7 days, that means 7 days from when USPS receives the package. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed timeframe. If you are in the US, you would typically receive your package within 1-2 weeks, unless it is a preorder.

Can I cancel an order? 

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it by emailing me at torrimccarrey@torrimccarrey.com
